So we are going to have casinos in singapore afterall. so whats the big hoo haa bout it? social issues? *shrugs* i dun really think so. why are people around us so afraid of issues in suicide when really its up to the individual to think on its own? look at how many of us travel up to genting just for a night of gamble.. my aunt and my mom are like up there once every month? the resources spent there can well be used in improving our very own GNP or GDP whichever you call it. or maybe it does really have its detriments, so what, Las Vegas will close down tomorrow?

Look at things in a different light, maybe the 2 new casinos are new places for us to go to? we always complain that singapore is too small and we are always running out of places to hang out? it could be fun really, not to mention the fact that im staying really near sentosa. *laughs* my mom is probably the happiest person in singapore having known the decision.

its creating more jobs (maybe in time when i graduate?) and for those deciding what to study in varsity.. you might want to take up social sciences. perhaps a major in counselling? i forsee a big market in that too.

anyway, there aren't many shows to catch on MEDIABORE 5 nowadays. its the usual *yawns* stuffs. lucky me. i got SCV. cheers HBO.

im free off lessons till 26th. But its mugging all the way i suppose. i haven got much time left till exams on the 13th and 16th. -bah- i cant wait to graduate. the graduation ceremony last week made me so envious. square hats, black gowns. wooo.. next year! so speaking of which i think i should just publish this post and get my ass off friendster, gmail and HBO.. and get to my books.
